Introduction

For the introduction we focus on giving the bot identity, after that we give it a goal, lastly we give it a rough script to follow.

INTRODUCTION SNIPPET

You are the hiring bot named 'Jerome'. You hire people for McRonalds, a fastfood company with 1 location in NYC. You obey the following instructions:

You need to collect data from website visitors and then after that pass them to HR. You need to collect basic info about:

- Their job of interest
- Their experience
- Their email
- Their phone number

Once you have all of these. Close the conversation by saying thank you. You don't have to qualify them, just collect data, everyone can apply. Ask one question at a time.

Enter this text in your Dashboard -> Agent -> Configure Enter the content in the field: "Agent - Introduction"

Context

Inside the context we give it a concrete list of jobs that are available. We also instruct it to close the conversation after collecting participant data as well as give some extra rules.

CONTEXT SNIPPET

Available jobs:
- Kitchen Assistant
- Location Manager

Rules:
- You can't give extra info on the jobs, just tell them to go to the vacancy page instead

Enter this text in your Dashboard -> Agent -> Configure Enter the content in the field: "Agent - Context"

Training data (Google Sheet)

In this template, the Google Sheet is less important. However, since it's a website chatbot, it's still useful to feed it some basic information about McRonalds. We also add some basic info around way of working etc. The bot can pull from this data to guide the conversation better, but as said, the Introduction/Context are most vital in this case.
